Analysis of Microsoft’s Sustainable Development during post-COVID-19

In the post-pandemic era, problem of environmental degradation become serious. Environmental protection has aroused wide concern international community. And global economic development is still not optimistic. How enterprises achieve their stable in turbulent landscape also attracted great attention. But there a lack unified cognition about sustainable three aspects (environment, society, and economy) enterprises. Therefore, this paper takes Microsoft as an example to explore how can era. This uses Swot analysis analyze status Microsoft. Then present Microsoft’s strategies development, finally puts forward problems suggestions for finds that made detailed measures social aspects, but some shortcomings aspect, which needs be paid more attention future.
